Well, he is diabetic….so heavy on vegetables, light on carbs.

Note: he WILL ask for 2 liters of coke, and laugh!
We are leaving so I won’t have a chance to cook for him, but I’m hopeful that others will step up. His positive attitude will have you smiling as you walk away.
