I support the draining of the arroyo. The only time one needs to use the phrase "sorry to be the one that breaks this news" with me will be in event they are letting me know about the death, illness, etc., of a friend or relative.

If someone wishes to give me good news like the draining of the arroyo, one may start off with "Good news! The La Huerta government will finally lift a finger in La Manzanilla" or something like that.

Please understand I have zero influence in goverment matters in Mexico: I'm still waiting for my concession on my beach lot.

I hope when the machine operators drain the arroyo-they can put some kind of access the same day to the south end of the beach to replace the recent work of the fishmermen.

The La Huerta municipal president gave a presentation in March 2023 in La Manzanilla promising to replace the the dilapidated plaza/jardin in late April 2023.
