Whatever you call it Movement to various music following a kind of wave . i start in stillness, then flowing / staccato, chaos , lyrical and stillness again is a moving meditation facilitated by a varied set of diverse music. There is no talking, just sounding so one can take a personal journey or interact with other movers, often both.
