Mercado Libre accepts some but not all cards, and yes for most purchases you can pay cash at an oxxo or Citibanamex or ... Sometimes what is acceptable payment is determined by the vendor selling the item through Mercado Libre. They have delivered several 4'+ long boxes for me, a 27 kg bulky box, large bags of potting soil, and other stuff, no problem. Deliveries are made by different sub-contractors. Fedex, DHL, UPS, and various private local contractors.
