Danza del alma, Ecstatic Dance, 5 Rhythms , whatever you call it, we will start dancing this Thursday at 6:30 at Casa Luz in the palapa. It is a beautiful space and im excited to begin. I do use a 5 Rhythms format, adding a beginning meditation to set the ambience. I begin on time, and the dance will be an hour, or an hour ten minutes, and I encourage you to experience the entire journey.
Enter quietly, mattes are available for stretching, and take this trip thru a musical melange of world music. The point is to move in whaatever way you feel. It is a personal journey, but also a collective experience.
