Yes Jo Anna. You sure have a good memory! Her name was "Lucky" when I met her, curled up in a ball on the beach. I got to know her when walking the dog that I was pet-sitting. That was 5yrs ago, and we became friends I adopted her, and brought her back to Canada with me. We have been back to MX twice since then. But, with COVID coming along, all of that sadly came to a halt.
Now, we are longing for a return visit. Canadian winters have never been "my cup of tea" as we Scots are want to say. I am sure she would recognise her friend Izzie, and you, as she has an amazing memory.
We are hoping to find a cozy, affordable place, to hunker down for the winter, and renew our love for LM, and old memories brought to life again.
How lovely it is that you remember my dear girl, I am sure she will be over the moon to rediscover old friends again. Am crossing my fingers that we can pull this off, find something simple and hospitable, and can look forward to seeing you both!
