You can purchase distilled water in pouches inexpensively at Pollo, the hardware store on the south side of the jardin, next to the new "bubblegum pink" ice cream truck. It is actually sold as distilled water for batteries, but is perfect for CPAP machines.

That being said, you do not need to use water at all in your CPAP machine in this humid climate. You will not have any 'dryness' issues here! If you have any questions, email me roblinmex@gmail.com
