Co-creation Meditation ~ Envisioning a New World and a New You Dec 22, 2023 to January 26, 2024

Basking in the energy of increasing light after the Winter Solstice, we will connect with the universal energy of creation through the symbolic language of guided meditations, mandalas, intuition, art and dreams. This rich journey of co-creation will bring forth a new vision ~ a new creation of the world you want to see and the new person you want to be. NOW is a very important time for us to come together in community and identify what we want for a NEW world and hold that vision strong. 



No previous experience is necessary, just a willingness to play and be open to the flow. You can take one class or all 5! Classes will culminate into a celebration of our new visions where we will howl at the Wolf Moon - (Full Moon in January).

Facilitated by Tracy Harrison, Art Therapist and Creative Midwife. If you feel called, I feel blessed to offer you a creative pathway forward and together we will all share and support one another in our movement forward into this NEW Year!

Classes are 1.5 hours - please come 10 minutes early to settle in for the class:
