Happy Winter Solstice Everyone ~ Tomorrow - Friday December 22nd at 11 AM I will begin a 5 session course at Casa Luz. Session are in alignment with the 1/2 + full moon cycles over the next month (+ New Years Day) so we can draw on those energies for transformation. You can come to one or come to all!

Tomorrow we will be exploring how to activate the penial gland through the breath, balance the Energy Centers, explore our symbolic language and begin a co-creation renewal process with the divine through spontaneous art making. Bring a journal and drawing materials - markers, coloured pencils, pastels - if you have them. I will also have materials and paper with me. Hope you can join us!
