January Workshops with Tracy at Casa Luz
~ Runes, Intuition, Meditation ~

MONDAY~ NEW YEARS Day ~ Jan 1st 1- 2:30 pm
A New you in a New Year - Drawing on the wisdom of the ancient Rune Oracle
We will consult the runes to:
* see what our guiding rune of this new year will be
* better understand an issue we would like to find peace with through the rune guidance of the past, present and future.
* be the change we want to see in the world
We will then meet in meditation to align our chakras with powerful runes, that will support us in becoming the new person we want to be in 2024! Bring a journal if you have one on the go.

WEDNESDAY Jan 3 ~ 12 - 1:30 pm
Intuition is our greatest gift from creation energy.
It will help us navigate and remain resilient in this fast changing world. We will befriend our intuition through:
* meditation
* abstract and intuitive art making
* a fun intuition game

All processes will help us identify when our intuition is talking to us and how to build the relationship with this powerful internal wisdom.
Please bring a journal if you have one on the go and your favorite drawing materials. I will also have paper and art materials available.

Walking for the World Meditation with Dr Joe Dispenza. People around the world have been gathering to do walking meditations guided by Dr Joe, to envision a new world of peace and harmony. Join me to Walk for the World at Casa Luz on this day and celebrate our new world vision!
