Take a taxi from the airport to the PV bus station. Bus lines other than Primera Plus have more frequent service to Melaque, the nearest bus station, and then continue on to Manzanillo (Colima). So look on the schedule boards for Manzanillo and request a ticket to Melaque. From there, you take another taxi back to La Manzanilla (Jalisco). I usually take ACP and ask the driver to drop me off at the entrance to La Manz when I don't have checked luggage.
