Hola, Berni. Both goat and cow milk pajaretes are available in LM. I don't know the exact times but early before 8:00 is a good bet.

The two offerings are located in the first 6 blocks entering LM on the main drag, Lazaro Cardenas. Both are on the same left side of the street. The first one can be seen easily as you enter town, on the left, in front of the first little corner grocery store. You'll see the goat stand.

The second one is down a couple of blocks towards town in the middle of a block and a little harder to see. Good luck and fun, Cruz
