Today we are offering Ham Bone Soup. This soup is made by simmering a honey baked spiral ham bone for 5 hours, then adding chunks of ham, potatoes, celery and carrots. Please bring your own container if possible.

The Deli counter has sliced honey baked ham slices for some delicious sandwiches, or an evening meal.
Cheeses are also stocked. Choose from Gouda, Swiss, Pepper Jack, and Sharp Cheddar.
The Smoked Cheese will be ready to enjoy on Saturday.
