This Monday first week of the season for Palapa Sol y Mar. Opening 2 night this season. With a them each night check out our new menu super exciting.

MONDAY NIGHT MOLE NIGHT
•With your choice of chicken: breast or thigh and leg or Tender pulled pork, and 2 sides
•Make it a dish or Enchiladas chicken or pork.
•3 Enchiladas pick the Moles of your choice, and 2 sides.
•Taste all the moles in one dish served with some rice and handmade tortillas.
GREEN MOLE- made with green veggies and sesame seeds.
PINK MOLE TAXCO - made with beets and white chocolate
BLACK MOLE OAXACA- made with different types of dried chiles and peanuts
BROWN MOLE PUEBLA – made with chocolate, chiles sesame seed and peanuts
TOSTONES – Puerto Rican dish fried plantain cups stuffed with shrimp and topped with melted cheese
SOY MARINATED AHI TUNA STEAK served with a mango cucumber salad.
RED MEXICAN RICE
SPINACH AND PEAR SALAD
GARLIC BACON CRANBERRIES SAUTEED GREEN BEANS

SHRIMP AND CHEESE STUFFED POBLANO PEPPER roasted stuffed and fried in egg batter topped with a tomato cilantro onion sauce
HUITLACOCHE AND CHEESE STUFFED POBLANO PEPPER roasted stuffed and fried in egg batter, topped with a tomato cilantro onion sauce
CHILE EN NOGADA roasted poblano pepper stuffed with dried crystallized and fresh fruits ground beef and pork topped with a goat cheese milk nut sauce and pomegranate seeds
VEGAN CHILE EN NOGADA roasted poblano pepper stuffed with lentils dried crystallized and fresh fruits topped with an almond milk nut sauce and pomegranate seeds
CHICKEN STUFFED POBLANO PEPPER roasted and stuffed with chicken breast and a creamy corn sauce made with yogurt, topped with melted cheese and served in a bed of creamy corn sauce
CHILE ANCHO STUFFED WITH BEANS AND MEXICAN SAUSAGE dried poblano pepper stuffed and topped with melted cheese served on a bed of tomato sauce
STUFFED PORK LOIN stuffed with spinach mushrooms and bacon
STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST stuffed with plantain topped with a mango chipotle sauce

. . . sample some of Mari and Luz's mole! WOW! I had the Pink Mole (beet and white chocolate), while my friend had the Green (veggies), both with the pulled pork. Oh, my, what a treat! |
I'm sure Monday night at Palapa Sol y Mar is going to be VERY popular, once it catches on.

I echo Jo Anna’s sentiments; my green mole was perfectly seasoned, just the right amount of ‘kick’. Also, gluten free. Highly recommended!!! Thanks Luz, Mari and staff 🙏|

. . . my leftovers were packaged in a pre-used Lala (or whatever) container rather than in styrofoam (or whatever). |
