Posted by charley on June 28, 2022, 11:43 pm Saw the message the moderator:" I received a phone call from a friend of Julies saying this post on the message board was upsetting her" Was it upsetting Julie or her friend? I first deleted the thread, but then later that evening (as you can see by the timelines of the post) I realized that I had not gotten permission of each of those posters to remove their post. So I put them back and locked the thread as a way to make peace in a delicate situation. https://members5.boardhost.com/lamanzanilla/thread/1656392339.html The post removed was from Jesse (who started the thread) he got so much hate for posting that he asked me to remove his post. Fundamentally no one has the right to censor anyone's post. As you said "The message board is a good place to give our condolences or sympathy" add to that to get some sort of closure.
