That is suprising...and unusual. Different country, different values....and you expect the police to stop them from working at 9pm...good luck. Btw , I have been in Boca and La manz for 32 years.Not coming for the past 2 years for health reasons. Enjoy what the place has to offer. Different values in Mexico.
