Yoga con Lola continues Wednesday and Saturday 10am

Good morning, happy fall!! We are practicing 2x week at Casa Luz (75 Boca Del Río). Classes start at 10am-11:15. Hatha yoga with strength exercises throughout. There are mats and props available to use. Class price is 100 pesos. Thank you for sharing your practice with me
