Do you know if the Melaque office of INM is still processing requests for permanent residency?My friends have pre approval. Is there a telephone number for the Melaque office? Thanks for your help. I just spoke to Tia and she was very helpful. fYI, All of Jalisco is processed through Guadalajara, including Melaque, and there is a problem with the visa machines. Colima is still fine, so at the moment the visas can be processed there quickly and easily.
