Dinner for two and one drink at Pedros Restaurant – being raffled off tomorrow at the School Garden Project table. We will sell tickets between 9 AM and noon. 30 pesos for one ticket, 100 pesos for 4 tickets. Thank you Pedro, 😃 🙏🏼 for your donation!!
From the garden we will have bags of 🥬 lettuce, arugula and bok choy 🥬 (30 pesos each).
Our table will be set up across from the south east corner of El Jardín or central plaza near Cafe del Mar. For us @ the Tianguis this Friday, Jan 27th, by 9:30 am. We are often sold out by noon. Proceeds from sales go to our fund that helps with the cost of repair and maintenance of items in the garden.
A number of people have been working to reinvigorate the program, and we welcome all community members to participate. During the winter months there are weekly organizational meetings Saturday mornings at the Garden at 9:30 AM under the ramada.
👨🏾🌾 Come by for a visit or volunteer anytime between 8 AM and 11 AM on Saturday or Monday thru Thursday, when the gate is open and volunteers are working there.
