Feb. 14" You will feel results right away by simply sensing the first place of tightness when we activate the fascia, creating resistance at that initial point and then feeling the rebound of ease; it's not about having to go further or longer to melt it.

Feb. 14" All the mats, blankets and chairs we might need for the various positions are already at Casa Luz for our use. However if it's difficult for you to lie down with your legs up (in only one of the series) you might want to bring a firm pillow for your head.
