Weekly Yoga of the Voice class Posted by Shanti Shivani on February 13, 2023, 11:24 pm Hola, My introductory "Yoga of the Voice" was greatly appreciated, so I will be giving a weekly class every Thursday at 11am - 12:15 at Casa Luz, 75 Boca del Rio. Release - align - recharge - connect with your authentic voice - open your heart and your voice! with the ancient Indian practice of Nada Yoga combining voice, breath and movement. If you are interested in attending, please send me a message. Please also bring a device to record the class, so you can practice at home.
