The 20th (almost) annual A Night Under The Stars event, held on the evening of February 18th, was successful due to the never ending energy of many! Our dependable volunteers (staff, friends and supporters of La Catalina Foundation), visitors, locals, our scholarship students and their parents, teachers and students who together prepared dances, songs and speeches for this special evening-as well as our talented and energetic local dance troupes, combined to make the evening a remarkable and memorable one. A special thank you to Mi Kasita for lending their space for the evening and to the Delegado and Ejido for their support of the event.
The success of an event can be somewhat measured by the numbers of people attending. We hope this is true as the standing room only crowd seemed to really enjoy the evening. Thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket and to those who donated during the evening.
