Info needed on apple iphones Posted by Stephanie on May 29, 2023, 7:02 pm Wanting to change from Android to apple and would like some feedback on what you use and how you like it! Thanks for any info you can provide..am overwhelmed and undereducated when it comes to cell phones!

Ease of use is what I really like about them. I’m a techno cretin so I want something that doesn’t require my brain to fry every time I I need to know something…..and I’ve found the ‘help’ people really helpful. Of course Apple costs more but for me, well worth it. I also love the cloud and it’s storage capabilities. If you also have another Apple device, like an IPad, you can ‘mate’ the two so that if you take fotos on your cell phone they will also show up on your IPad, assuming you were near WiFi when you took them. Apple has so many neat features that are easy to use.

Re: Info needed on apple iphones Posted by david dagoli on May 29, 2023, 11:30 pm, in reply to "Re: Info needed on apple iphones" If you’re talking about a pre-owned phone - the iPhone XR (iPhone 10) is known as a very fast phone for a relatively low cost…people look for them, like a certain older used car that had good performance and durability, they have a good reputation. That said, we currently have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, 256g. This is the maximum screen size they make, which I like for viewing photos. The 3-lens camera is pretty good too. The larger 256g storage would only be necessary if you take a lot of photos and videos.

That is the earlier models won't support the current operating requirements to be updated. My advice is pick a newer model to avoid this issue. In terms of phone set up they are super simple if you are on an apple machine say for your computer.
