Luna Delicado

Posted by Daniel H on June 19, 2023, 8:59 pm

Luna Delicado,
I saw you tonight
just above the horizon
in the late twilight
some call you the thumbnail moon
to me
you are the sign of mystery
and adventure
another cycle begun
round you go around us
while we go round the sun
another month beginning
another month done

Life is good

Daniel,

I love this poem.

And how your mind works, especially when looking at the night sky.

Yes, life is good.

Thanks Allison, it was just a quickie about something I am very fond of.

I also think Luna is a beautiful name, it is defined as Luna (goddess), the ancient Roman personification of the Moon aka two-horned queen of the stars

The masculine version of Luna is Luno, which people usually use to define someone who is crazy.
