There are 4 moon's you can see at sunset without looking straight up. This is the first time I am running along this line of thought so this post is seriously lacking in data (maybe better next month)
First is x% - it has to be clear on the horizon and you have to be looking hard for it i.e muy luna delicada.
Second is x % its this and the third that I am in love with. just sittin right there in your view at sunset, soo beautier!
Third (today) is 8.2 %
Fourth is x% - now its fairly high in the sky at sunset
Fifth is x% and you really don't see it unless you look up a bit.
All the rest are not really sunset moon's IMO
Using time and date I was only able to get the % of the moon at sunset for this day. I will work on gathering the % per day for the previous 2 days in the future.
Edit - I found some numbers in the link above but the percent for today says 7% not the 8.2% shown on the screen grab. So...more accurate numbers next month.
Edit 2 (sorry) I am fairly sure that those illuminations percentages are for the median between sunrise and sunset.

Fourth sunset moon is just above my eyebrows when looking at the sunset i.e. I have to look up to see the moon.
If there is a lot of color in the sky, or like tonight when its dancing with Venus then it is a sunset moon.

Well, even though I had to tilt my head up I would still call tonight a sunset moon, mostly due to the moon's interaction with Venus. Seems it depends on how long you sit out ....e.g. one hour after the sun goes down, till dark.. etc. The longer you sit the more the moon comes into the sunset. But if its dark outside then its not really a sunset any more
