When I installed mine, our Smart TV takes you through all the steps to install.

I suggest you just google it, there are many sources that will walk you through the steps of unlocking the stick, side loading the iptv services and enjoying what you have done. I have several sticks that have been done, all work well both in Canada and LM. Internet is a little slow in LM but the service still works on a good day.
