first timer Posted by Norm on October 25, 2023, 10:44 am Hola Will be making our first visit to La Manzanilla this winter during Christmas. Looking forward to a new town would like some input on restaurants, things to do or see, a local fishing captain and recommendation for a car rental we are flying to ZLO always a little shy of the airport car rentals have had the cost change game a few time in different locations in Mex. thanks for any input.

There really is no need to rent a car. If you walk out the door of the Manzanillo airport there is a line of t@xis, and you can take one to LaManz. You can taxi over to Tenacatita for the day. Take a bus to Melaque one morning. Everything in La Manz is walkable- lots of restaurants. I hope this helps and you have a good visit. People are very friendly and you can ask lots of questions once you get there.
