Good to see Bolivar and his father Claudio back in town, selling heir handmade hammocks. I feel sorry for Claudio - he has had a lot of serious health problems, but he says he is on the mend now

David, Thanks for your glorious photo. Bolivar and Claudio are always a friendly welcome sight in the Pueblo. I always look forward to talking with them, and seeing your documentation of color and life in Mexico.

Many years ago (10+), we were at the beach with our (Austrian/Canadian) friend Heinz. Claudio came by with his hammocks and Heinz mentioned that a chair-style hammock that he had purchased a few years previously had broken (the wooden support had broken). Heinz wasn't expecting anything as the hammock was several years old, but Claudio told him to bring the hammock to the beach and he would repair it. A few days later, I saw Heinz and, yes, the chair/ hammock was completely repaired. Yes, I bought a hammock from Claudio myself. I mean, considering they are guaranteed forever, how can you go wrong? He is a good and honorable man.
