There will be starfruit available at the School Garden table at the Tianguis, on Friday, January 5th. Special thanks for the donation from Tracy and Carl — and the efforts of Argeniss, John and Vartan.
Our table will be set up across from the south east corner of El Jardín near Café del Mar to sell mostly produce from the School Garden Project. We expect to have more of the local sweet potatoes 🍠 aka (camote), sweet potatoes pastries, lemon grass, and some okra. Hopefully a little lettuce and arugula too!
REMEMBER - bring your re-usable bag to the market for any produce you purchase.
At the SCHOOL GARDEN: We are accepting your donations of: flattened brown cardboard - please remove tape vegetable food scraps for compost. There is a “trash can” near the garden front gate into which you may dump your scraps.
