Daniel Rueffert’s talent and tenure in Mexico has afforded him iconic status as a painter of Mexican life and landscapes. Mr. Rueffert’s work unequivocally captures and preserves the flavor of traditional rural Mexico – from the Republic’s central highlands to its vast coastlines – in a world that is rapidly changing, in a world in which old Mexico is rapidly disappearing. Light appetizers are provided by I Feel Chingon. Please stop by to say hello!

Dick and I are so thrilled that Dan Rueffert, our long time friend from La Manzania, in bringing his art back to our village. We have had his work on our walls for years. He has been wandering through life as an artist, and now has his own Gallery 15 on Calle Sollano in San Miguel de Allende. You won’t want to miss this opening!

The Galeria La Manzanilla Artist Event Coincides with our Artisan Original Rolled Ice Cream Soft Opening. We have been very busy here. Daniel Rueffert´s art exhibit along with Artisan Ice Cream being served Friday, January 12th 4-7 pm. Come see the art, taste I Feel Chingon, and ice cream menu options. What an indulgent night it will be. We also have Festival Taste La Manzanilla tickets for purchase for the gastronomical event being held on January 28th at the Parque in La Manzanilla.
