I can eat wheat (pizza crusts) in Mexico, Europe, South American and Asia. It is US and Canadian "Monsanto" wheat that I seem to be allergic to. They also make Round-up, which is probably the problem? Unfortunately Monsanto (Now Bayer) is trying to buy their way into Mexico.
