You have maybe 3-4 teams that have won every tourney this year. And when they lose, they lose to each other.
And most of these teams have their 3 bumps, plus guys who have played the system and got re classified to D. Not too mention playing illegal in several tourneys.
None of these teams would be at top of C with current roster. May win a few games in tourneys, but that's it
