Keep in mind that lots of teams are bumped in all divisions. So, for example, an E team bumped to D will not be playing in a D division the same as 2018. Many of the top D teams from this year were moved up to C. The "new" D for 2019 will be the middle-to-lower D teams from this year along with the top E teams being moved up.

Teams on this list must play a minimum of 4 quality USSSA-sanctioned tournaments with verifiable results posted online before they can submit an appeal to go back down.
