This event is hosted by the same group that hosts the big Budweiser Festival. Therefore, teams who play in this tournament will get to choose their own Start Time (within reason) for the 34th Annual Budweiser Festival in Bryan-College Station.

All games for the Official Budfest Warmup will be played on the fabulous Turf fields at Big League Dreams, which minimizes the risk of weather-related issues.

Divisions offered are Mens C, Mens D, Mens E, Womens and Mixed.

This will also be the last tournament before the next edition of the Lone Star Offical State Rankings comes out and the Budfest Warmup will count heavily toward that.

The tournament has been designated as one of the Lone Star Ring Qualifiers meaning the First Place team in each division will win an Automatic Berth to Lone Star Shootout Battle For The Rings later this summer.

First Place teams in each division will also get a set of game-ready Lone Star Full Sub Dye Jerseys from Premier Athletics.

Individual T-Shirts will also be awarded to members of the Top 4 teams in each division. While members of the First Place teams get the Jerseys, members of the Second Place teams will receive Individual Lone Star Softball Caps. The MVP will receive a 2019 Lone Star XXL Bat and the Gold Glove Winner will receive a new glove. All-Tournament Awards will also be presented.
