Called company to set up a claim for my water heater. It was leaking and it needed to be fixed as soon as possible. They put me in touch with a water heater company that I was able to call 20 minutes after placing the claim, check First Premier Home Warranty customer service . The water heater company gave me an appt for the next day but they were able to fix it that same day. Have had fhwa warranty for years. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with one of their vendors. I highly recommend them.
