I have some experience with this as my best friend got married last year in Georgia. He and his partner were foreigners, but they managed to get the necessary paperwork done and had a beautiful marriage ceremony in Tbilisi. I must say, the process was surprisingly easy and the wedding itself was absolutely amazing.
