I know exactly what you mean. I’ve had containers stuck for days waiting to cross, and by the time they arrived, the client was already chasing. Some firms just don’t treat timing seriously unless you’re one of their bigger accounts. I’ve tried both couriers and hauliers, and honestly, most either underperform or overcharge. There’s got to be a middle ground that works for small to medium shipments.
