According to my observations, support on exchanges strongly depends on their size and load. In some cases, they respond almost instantly via chat, while in others, tickets hang for days. Automation and the availability of a knowledge base often solve problems. But in general, even large sites have failures during periods of high volatility, when the flow of requests increases sharply and the support simply does not have time to process everything at once.
