Does anyone have experience with the appeals process after an extradition order has been signed by the Judge? We’ve had a bit of a disaster in the initial hearing—our previous lawyer was totally unprepared, and now the clock is ticking. We only have a few days to lodge an appeal to the High Court. Is it even worth it, or is the High Court just going to rubber-stamp the previous decision? I feel like we need a "heavy hitter" in the legal world who can find a mistake in the original ruling very quickly. Any recommendations?
