Don't forget it's almost time to sign your team up for the Men's, Women's and Mixed State Championships for North Texas USSSA. Entry fee for the 3-game guarantee is $285 per team. You can pay your team's entry fee the day of the event at the tournament site by either paying with cash, cashier's check or money order made payable to North Texas USSSA. Your team must be registered with USSSA and must have an online roster on the USSSA website and must have played in at least one qualifying USSSA league or tournament.
The men's B/C, D and E and Women's C and D events will be held on August 1st and 2nd ... the Mixed C, D and E state tourneys will be played on August 15 ... depending upon the number of teams entered in each event, especially in the men's D and E and Mixed championships, these tournaments could be played over two days at the following locations:

Mixed C Garland 8/15 Mixed D Garland 8/15 Mixed E Garland 8/15
Anyone (men's or women's players) attempting to reclass for 2016 should have already been added to your team's online roster PRIOR to July 1st. Those players will need to play in and sign the State roster at the tournament site. Mixed players attempting to reclass need to be listed on their team's online roster PRIOR to July 15th.
The deadline for each event is the Sunday afternoon (5 p.m. 7/26) before the men's and women's tourneys and, two weeks later, the Sunday afternoon (5 p.m. 8/9) before the mixed tournaments. We would like for ALL TEAMS to be entered by this date so we will have as much time as possible to review each team's online roster.
NO ROSTER ADDITIONS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE ADDED AFTER THE DEADLINES! All teams' rosters will be locked at this time and reviewed for proper classification. If you see any player additions during this time, those additions will be made by either Mike Delatte, Chris Thames or myself as a result of reviewing the various teams' rosters and correcting any "problems" that we come across.
Tournament brackets will be released by 3 p.m. on the Thursday afternoon prior to the start of the event.
