Conference is just a "division" of USSSA. You are still classed by what you play. For example a Conference C player is still a national C player. A Conference B player is a national B player. The rule used to be (national rule) that you could drop 2 classes. It used to be :
D could have 3 C bumps OR 1 B bump C could have 3 B bumps OR 1 A bump
