Jon has had maybe 3 at bats this year. Nothing to do with Jon at all this year. He has never batted in the top 9 this year. We pissed away a tourney because we played with no heart. Several will jump on here and keep bashing Jon and I'm sure me as well, but it does not matter. Even with our only 0-2 his year, we are still in the running to qualify for a tourney 95% of players will never get a chance to be apart of. The negativity towards our team at the beginning disappeared in a hurry, but one bad tourney brings you back to the light. This teams success and downfalls has had nothing to do with Jon and every bit falls on our shoulders as the players. The reason softball is starting a decline in takent in sponsors, is because there is no more respect for the game, thinking you are above players, umpires, directors, and especially sponsors. But I'm sure who started this thread has never hit below .800, been doubled dipped, if your team has made it to a championship game, made an error, or went 0-2. There is no way to change anyone's opinion about someone and I do not expect this to, but a lot of the people that hate on Kilburn are the same people with their hands out asking for equipment and deals on things because no matter the gate he receives, Jon is the first person to lend a helping hand to anyone.
