The South Texas USSSA Region II State Tournament for all divisions will be held this coming weekend, August 8-9, at Alva Jo Fisher Park in San Antonio.
All teams from San Antonio, Austin, Central Texas, Hill Country, Corpus Christi and the Rio Grande Valley are invited to attend.
Divisions offered at USSSA State are Men’s C, Men’s D, Men’s E, Women and Co-ed. (NOTE: Women’s will be played on Saturday and Co-ed on Sunday, to avoid any conflicts between players playing in both those divisions.)
USSSA State Level Points will be awarded to all teams, which will benefit teams at the upcoming National & World Tournaments.
First place teams will receive a set of game-ready, customized Full Sub Dye jerseys from Premier Athletics.
Individual Shirts will be awarded to the Top 4 teams in each division. Members of the First Place teams will receive the Jerseys, while members of the Second Place teams will receive Individual Lone Star Caps. There will also be awards for Most Valuable Player, Gold Glove and All-Tournament Team.

Entry fee is only $250 per team and the deadline to enter is Tuesday, August 3, at 5:00 p.m. or whenever the maximum number of teams is reached.
To enter a team, simply go to the front page of www.LoneStarSoftball.com and click "Online Registration" then fill out the information and Submit.
