My men's team stays away, my Coed team will be there this weekend, so your last point is invalid. (Not by my choice, but I go where they go)
In every dealing I've ever had with you and your complex: your customer service has been way under par, and not becoming of how the owner of a softball complex should manage.
Originally we were told by Top Dog and other that the COED tournament would be Sunday, which is why we signed up in the first place. Then I was told by others that it was changed to accommodate SUPER BOWL plans, but that this wasn't a majority opinion, but that it was YOURS and that was going to be the final say in the matter.
Now I'm being told our 9pm Saturday start time, overnight, was changed until a 10pm start time. So our team drives all the way up there for ONE GAME, and then has to turn around and be back at 9am?
If you don't see how that's ludicrous, you lack the business acumen and logic to even have this conversation with me.
