Tim Hughes Joke

Well it looks like Franchise Sponsor Tim Hughes has screwed over another team. Promises the world and then goes ninja. When is the softball community gonna erealize and stay the hell away from this guy. It seems like every year he screws his team over in jerseys, tourney fees, etc. Franchise broke up from what I know after he didn't pay their Hard Knocks tourney and they had to forfeit out...lol

But whats worse? Him backing out? Or a bunch of grown a** men showing up to the fields and not wanting to pay 30-40 dollars each to play? So they just forfeit. Those are the real questions

Word on the streets is he told his team to play and even talked to the director and bailed on all of them.

The team shows up expecting to be sponsored. You say the team bailed instead of paying to play. Why did the coach not pay for it and then worry about who would not chip in after the tournament ? Sounds like the whole group including the coach is at fault.

What actually happened is the team was going to pay after the first game since he told the director to give him a few minutes on the phone to get his wallet and never called back. The team looked at the radar and saw that the tourney was about to get canceled so decided not to waste money on a coin flip . makes perfect sense to me.

And that's why no team steps on the field before the tournament is paid for. I guess that is a lesson learned with all involved.

Seen ya had some fresh jerseys at that tournament. Tim cant be too bad. Ya got more jerseys than several C teams in NTX. Lol.

Well I'm glad all you guys think it's a joke someone's family member has has a stroke. You guys knew since Wednesday that she had a stroke I called you and told you right away yes I was planning on paying for the tournament that morning but situation came up I'm not pulling away from my sister who is stopped breathing twice that morning to take time for y'all what should have happened if I should have picked up the tab and I would have paid you back will y'all chose to blow my phone numerous times while all this was going on and I told you I would get back to y'all but no everybody was blowing my phone up so you pissed me off. If that was your family member laying in the hospital bed not knowing whether they were going to live or not. I would have left you alone until we can get to a time where I could talk but no you want to hear that you want to hear stuff out and lie on this message board that's fine you do it somebody needs to pay me back for the Jersey since I told krieg not to hand them out until I was there so you better figure that out too.

First first of all I've never played for a franchise for you and never would because of the horror stories I have heard. I don't know who you're telling to get jerseys cuz I don't play for you. I do have friends that play on that team or did play on that team and told me that you still have yet to call or message anybody from that team to let them know how you your sister or what's going on with the team but you want to have enough time to go on Lonestar and post a message. I don't know who Craig is that you were talking about your jerseys but it sounds like you need to take it up with Greg and he gave your jerseys out . Hope everything works out.

Couple of your new players added said you were lying about your sister and did t have the funds available to pay. So if you didn't have the funds, how hard is it to make those at best, D players pay to play. Can't fill a team with lies Tim. And you also can't fill a team with a bunch of drug addicts who can't fill a job let alone their own position in the field! Just hang them up Tim. These guys are making you look bad, especially running around saying you're lying. That Dustin Climer has alot of info on your personal life and doesn't mind speaking it to the world, so id probably think first about even considering that guy as a friend. He's stated that using you for free things is more important to and those words have been heard multiple times. He's a low life and can't hit himself out of a wet paper sack, only because that wet paper sack weighs more than him. I guess that's what drugs do to you. Make you dilusional and negative in weight!

I've played with Tim in a few tournaments and never had a problem with him or his teams. He's a pretty good dude actually. Just play ball and stop worrying about other people.
