Who should be bumped from E?

So what teams need to be bumped from E to D??

From my understanding everyone is should be getting bumped.

If you placed top 5 in any tournament in E class you should automatically be bumped to D. And same thing for D teams. They should be bumped to C!

I don’t totally agree I play with a team that loses pretty often and we have played some major tournaments and placed 5th so you’re saying we should be d just because of that ? When you see our record we would get Killed in d
