I based it off a 20 man roster. Typically no, you wouldn't need a 20 man roster in the conference or anywhere else for that matter.

There's a lot of good players in the state that deserve to be on this list. I could make two teams evenly matched, in my opinion, with all the talent.

***Cory Large is one that SHOULD be on the actual roster but I'm not sure if he still lives in Texas, so I didn't include him***

***Some of these guys their "peak," is behind them but they've contributed greatly to softball in this state and were included for their all around game and veteran leadership***

Even though they are currently on hiatus from the game, I think 2 to add to the honorable mention consideration would be Matty Vasquez and Ethan Stuckly.

Absolutely!!!

Matty and Ethan are both stud players. I didn’t personally include them because I’m not sure Ethan will ever be back in full time softball mode and because Matty is currently on hiatus.

As I said before i think you could take the top 40 players in Texas and make two teams and they’d fair well against the rest of the nation in the conference.

However, due to injuries and timing some of the players can't make the event. Dunn and McBryde are out, replaced by Williams and Marcus. Argen may not go (coming off surgery), and Billy is a question mark with his injury...
