Open edX is a free, open-source online course platform. Open edX LMS is the result of an innovative project with three main goals. The team behind this open source solution wanted to expand access to education for all.

Hi all! Open EdX supports groups and communities. Users can have discussions with larger course communities or create smaller and more specific groups. The open edx lms platform consists of several components. Open edX offers a rich feature set, including course creation tools, discussion forums, virtual labs, adaptive learning technologies, analytics tools and much more. It also includes a mobile app for students to access their courses anytime, anywhere.
