Hello. I need to find reviews about the Amazon Home Warranty customer service services. I don't know how to properly check them for authenticity and whether they can be trusted. I would appreciate your help.

I’d been with American Home Shield with several properties for 2 years. It was a horrible experience. I switched a few months ago to Amazon Home Warrenty and this was my 1st claim. Having the salesman as a direct contact made all the difference in the world. There was a hiccup in the beginning from Amazon Home Warranty customer service... my plumbing issue was assigned to an AC/Heat Company, twice! Which delayed a serviceman coming out for 4 days, but once I got my Salesman Eric involved, I was assigned within minutes to a plumber who contacted me within minutes and with 24 hours of Eric getting involved my plumbing was fixed. The property is 2 hours away and I will be back there soon, but from my communications with the plumber, I feel everything is fine.
