You have to understand that top-notch QoE for multiscreen applications is in itself a mystery, as it consists of many moving parts, such as latency of less than a second, seamless playback, reliable scalability, more you learn here. Beyond the performance aspects, OTT service providers need to consider features such as interactivity and synchronization across platforms.
